Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscription charges for BookSadie.com, operated by Sadie Services. Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to first-time purchases of a subscription plan.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund you can:

  • Visit paddle.net and locate the transaction from your receipt email.
  • Or contact us via our Contact page and we will help arrange the refund with Paddle.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds may take a few business days to appear.

Renewals

Recurring renewal charges after the initial 30-day period are generally non-refundable, but we will review requests on a case-by-case basis where there are exceptional circumstances (for example, a renewal you were not aware of and did not use). Contact us to discuss.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; unless a refund is granted under this policy, access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Bookings between customers and providers

This Refund Policy covers subscription charges only. Payments made directly between customers and third-party providers for individual service bookings are governed by the cancellation policy of the relevant provider, shown at booking time.
